Why aren’t the police arresting scammers like Gabriel Wong Kok Hao and Xenon Tan Ming Hao?

This screenshot was taken from my clash royale clan chat:

Just because someone is famous, they deserved to be stalked? Just because someone is influential, they should to be stalked? Why not stalk the person whose “character, conduct, motives and leadership” is disturbing even to his own family members? Why not stalk the person who “misuse his position and influence” even against his own family members? Why not give attention to the person whose “influence is pervasive, and extends well beyond job purview”? Why not give attention to the person who “desire for power and personal popularity”? Why are the police in Singapore so free to handcuff children and stalk the social media accounts of young girls born after 1990 to even type transcript of her YouTube videos? Why aren't the police arresting scammers like @lifestyle_artist (Gabriel Wong Kok Hao) and @xenonvii (Xenon Tan Ming Hao) who scammed more than thousands, more than ten thousands, more than hundred thousands of dollars from innocent Singaporeans?
